Casings, skirting, cornice, glazing bead and frame extensions — in solid timber, cut to your section. One product, any profile. Shipped from South China by sea, or by rail straight into Central Asia.
Solid wood mouldings, machined to your section. It is all we make, so we know the tolerances, the moisture content and how the profile will move once it is fixed. These are the sections buyers ask for most; if yours is not here, that means nothing.
Door and window casings in any section. The largest volume in our range.
Floor skirting, including cable-route and concealed-fix profiles.
Ceiling cornice, cove and wall-to-ceiling transition mouldings.
Bead for glass, screens and panelled doors. Accurate geometry, no chipping.
Extensions and cover strips to suit the wall thickness on your project.
Feature strips, furniture profiles, restoration profiles — anything you can dimension and draw.
Wrapped profiles — veneer, PVC/PET film or melamine paper over an engineered core — are available on request.
Hardwoods for interior joinery, pine and ash where the profile will be painted, oak and black walnut where it will be stained.
There is no catalogue to pick from and no standard size to compromise on. The section is set by your specification, not by our stock list.
A dimensioned section in DWG or PDF, plus quantity in metres and the profile type. No drawing yet? Send what you have and we will list the dimensions still missing — a cutter cannot be ground from an undimensioned sketch.
We cut a sample of your profile and courier it out. Nothing goes into production until you have held the piece and signed it off.
25–35 days production, then FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong. QC, packing and the full export document set are handled in-house.
Most designers avoid custom profiles, because the local mill cannot hold the section or wants a quantity nobody can justify on a single project. We work the other way round: your drawing sets the profile, and the order can start small.
Send the section in DWG or PDF. We check it against our machines and tooling and reply with what runs as drawn, what needs a millimetre moved, and the smallest run worth setting up. We cut to your drawing — we do not redesign your detail.
Sections and species finished to your palette, so you specify from something you have held rather than from a photo.
You do not have to design around a container. A trial quantity for one project is a workable way to start.
Casing, extension and bead sized to your frame. Consistent section from batch to batch.
Feature strips and decorative profiles matched to your species and finish.
Skirting and cornice to a specific project, delivered against your installation programme.
Mixed container loads: several profiles in one shipment, so you do not have to hold stock in every section.
Our production partner has been processing timber since 1993 — kiln drying, profiling and packing under one roof. We sit in Hong Kong, close enough to walk the floor before your container is loaded.
Rail for Central Asia, sea for everywhere else. Mouldings do not like being re-handled, so we choose the route that keeps the crates moving rather than the one that is cheapest on paper.
Tell us the destination port or city and we will quote the landed cost, not just the FOB price.
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. Send the section drawing — DWG or PDF — with the quantity and the species you have in mind. If you only have an existing profile and no drawing, send a photo first and we will tell you what has to be measured.
